The Not Coal Company was founded by Marisol Masella, a renewable energy professional with more than 10 years of experience across utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects across the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, the Nordics, Greece, and other European markets. With more than 550 MW delivered across European markets, her experience positions her at the intersection of project execution, EPC strategy, business development and infrastructure delivery.
The company was built on practical project experience rather than abstract consulting. It exists to help clients reduce execution friction, improve procurement and contracting outcomes, connect with the right market counterparts and bring renewable energy projects to construction and COD with greater certainty.
